Curtis founded Marigold in 2018. An experienced accountant, leader, and entrepreneur, he saw an opportunity to bring great customer service and support to people at a critical decision-making point in the home buying process. He is relationship-oriented and truly cares about the people he works with and serves. Curtis is very involved in his kids’ Coon Rapids sports and coaches many of them! He enjoys camping and traveling. He and his wife, Laura, and their two kids, Everett & Greyleigh, live in Coon Rapids, MN.
Blake
Inspector MANAGER /
Lead Trainer
Blake brings the experience of a seasoned inspector and great communication to his inspections. He has experience in commercial construction that informs the way he approaches an inspection, knowing what to look for and how systems work together. He has his Inspection Certificate in addition to training and certification through ASHI and InterNACHI. He and his wife, Katie, live in Columbia Heights, MN with their daughter, Crosby.
Anthony
Home Inspector
Anthony is a very level, down-to-earth person who makes it his personal goal to make every person he connects with feel understood and acknowledged. Clients appreciate his approach to Home Inspections, because he is intentional about listening, answering questions, and ensuring no one feels rushed. Anthony is also passionate about sports, and you can often find him umping softball games. A local guy, he grew up next door in Anoka and currently lives in Ramsey, MN.
Dan
Home Inspector
Dan is family man who genuinely cares for people. He is a problem-solver and a learner. As a Home Inspector, he is very good at communicating with clients and explaining things clearly so that they understand the results of their inspection. Dan loves cars and is a self-taught mechanic, he is a creative at heart, and he brings that curiosity and attention to detail to his work at Marigold. Dan lives in Blaine with his wife, Carol, and their five children.
Jake
HOME INSPECTOR
Jake is a believer in hard work and putting people first. He is kind and motivated by serving others, which our clients experience first-hand when they get to work with him! In his free time he loves to tinker, fix, and repurpose things, and he brings that curiosity and detail to his work as a home inspector. Jake has passed the National Home Inspector Examination®, is licensed in the state of WI to complete home inspections, and is an ASHI Certified Inspector. He is Minnesota born and raised, and he loves MN sports teams. Mostly, he loves his wife, Rachel, and their two kids, Evert and Eleanor. Their family lives in New Hope, MN.
Kyle
HOME INSPECTOR
Kyle brings a strong customer service background to his position as a Certified Home Inspector at Marigold. He also brings an attitude of continual learning and sharing that knowledge with others, often finding himself in a role that helps train others. This really sets him apart as an inspector, because he is able to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients understand the home they are looking to purchase. Kyle lives in Lake Elmo, MN, with his girlfriend, Morgan.
Maggie
HOME INSPECTOR
Maggie is a Minnesota transplant who stayed not only because she loved the people, but she loves the cold! She is a Licensed Radon Measurement Professional, and is Certified for Well Yield Testing and Mold Testing. She is detailed and creative, which is reflected in her diversified background, having a degree in Psychology from the UofMN, and having worked in construction doing custom interior and exterior renovations. She loves her cat Felix, Dr Pepper, and 2000’s throwbacks, and lives in Lakeville, MN, with her girlfriend, Alexa.
Mark
HOME INSPECTOR
Mark brings many years of director-level experience to the Marigold team. He applies his knowledge, precision, and ability to set anyone at ease to his inspections every day. Mark is the kind of guy you’d call in a pinch, and you know he’d be there to help you out. He has obtained certifications and licenses in several add-on services and is committed to continual learning and growth. He lives in Maple Grove, MN, with his wife, Lisa, and they have their children, Bethany & Grant.
Matt
HOME INSPECTOR
Matt is a very dedicated person who puts his whole focus into the things that are important to him. Home Inspecting is no exception, where he focuses on continual growth and learning and has obtained training and certification in many add-on services. He is also the Head Baseball Coach at Coon Rapids High School. He brings that coaching experience and mentality to Realtors and clients, and is able to explain things and really help everyone understand the home inspection. He lives in Columbia Heights, MN, with his wife, Ashley, their daughter, Olivia, and their dog, Hank.
Mitchell

Mitchell has worked in the client experience field for many years, and is devoted to creating strong and real relationships. He is a Certified Professional Inspector and is a champion of our culture of relationship building with our Realtor Partners and clients. He is an avid fly fisherman and is outside enjoying the great outdoors as often as he can. Having grew up on California, he makes the best of our Minnesota winters by snowboarding. He and his wife, Mandi, live in Robbinsdale with their 3 daughters, Summit, Scout & Story.
Tony

Tony carries a calm and very friendly confidence into every interaction he has. As a Home Inspector, he instills trust with clients and Realtors, because he is thorough and is great at explaining things and answering questions. A fun fact about Tony is that he enjoys building custom display football helmets! He loves woodworking, the outdoors, and his family. He is married to Emily, and they and their son, Charlie, live in Monticello, MN.

Walker is a hard worker and team player, and brings a wonderful enthusiasm to our team! He really enjoys building relationships and connecting with clients and our Realtor partners. Outside of Home Inspections, Walker volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, loves sports including pickleball and tennis, and is our resident lumberjack with his level 1 and 2 chainsaw certification. He is married to Abby and they live in Crystal, MN.

Ron is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. He brings extensive customer support experience to our team, and he goes above and beyond for our Realtor partners and clients. Ron loves meeting with people one-on-one and checking out new coffee shops and restaurants, so if you know of a good one, give him a shout! He lives in Coon Rapids, MN, with his three kids, RaeAnn, Raiden, and McKynlee.
Sam
Relationship Manager
Sam loves meeting new people and developing meaningful relationships. She has excelled in previous sales roles because her focus on the relationship has shone through, which is makes her an excellent example of the “Marigold Way”! In addition to being obsessed with 80s hair bands, she is an avid painter and muralist and can paint anything you can come up with. In all things, her goal is to serve people and providing a great experience fills her cup. Sam lives in White Bear Lake with her daughter, Olivia, and their cat, Gerbert.

Relationship Manager
Zack is an amazing team player and dedicated to serving others. He brings his experience as a small business owner, board president, and many years of customer service to our Realtor partners and he is wonderful resource. Zack is originally from Anchorage, AK but has lived in Minnesota since 1980 and calls it home. He is very attentive to his family, and is his daughter’s biggest cheerleader as she is a competition dancer. Zack lives in Jordan with his wife, Michelle, and their daughter, Paelyn.

Britney oversees our Client Care team as well as the systems and processes that are the backbone of Marigold. She combines her experience in leadership, marketing, finance, and systems development and applies them in making our team cohesive and efficient. She’s passionate about healthy team culture, automations, and summer in Minnesota. She loves camping, gardening, and traveling. Britney lives in Dayton, MN with her husband, David, and their two boys, Parks & Remington.
Brynn
SOCIAL MEDIA Manager
Brynn is the creative driver behind Marigold’s social media presence. She’s passionate about understanding algorithms, researching trends, and has even won an influencer award! Brynn is also a licensed Realtor and she combines her unique combination of experiences and knowledge to create meaningful and engaging content for our target audience. Brynn is so genuine and kind, and her people-first focus is exactly the motivation we want behind our virtual voice, and we think she does a fantastic job of letting that shine through. Brynn lives in Maple Grove, MN.

Executive Assistant
Jaime brings her incredibly valuable experience as a Realtor as well as having her Broker’s license to the Marigold team. With her industry knowledge and insights, she has helped Marigold improve in every area. She supports our owner, Curtis, and helps to keep our growing business running smoothly. She has a passion for and is excellent at event planning and schedules and hosts our Realtor events, CE courses, and team events. Jaime lives in Chanhassen with Josh and her daughters, Gia and Mila, and her dog, Lola.

Deb brings many years of leadership in the service industry to our Client Care team, elevating our already high standards of building relationships and exceeding expectations! Some of Deb’s passions include hosting family and friends, serving on the Coon Rapids Youth Hockey Association Board, and planning events, and she applies her skills in organization, attention to detail, and care for people in all she does. She is married to Aaron, and they live in Coon Rapids with their sons, Jacob and Harrison.

Monique is an integral part of our Client Care team, helping to ensure that all the details of every inspection and ancillary service are tended to in our fast-paced environment. She is an expert in the details and customer service, and has previously won Customer Service Excellence and Leadership Excellence Awards. Monique loves singing, cooking and reading, and spending time with her family. She lives in the Philippines with her husband, Aries, and their four children.

Sara is our night and weekend warrior, keeping Marigold running when many of the deals in the Real Estate world are happening: after hours! She orchestrates and executes all of our services with ease; she is an excellent problem solver! She also provides top notch customer care and is very patient and kind. Sara is a homebody at heart and absolutely loves her 3 cats, Reese, Cookie, and Lucifer. Originally a midwesterner and not a fan of the cold, she now lives in Miami with her boyfriend, Bryan.

Brett is a Swiss army knife of skills, being a Certified Professional Home Inspector as well as a Radon Mitigation Professional. He is excellent at seeing what needs to be done, and rolling up his sleeves to solve the problem. He has experience in construction, has his welding certificate, and enjoys adding new skills to his skillset. Brett loves hunting and unwinds by spending time in the woods when he can, and gaming when he can’t. He is proud father to Jackson, who is his biggest motivation. Brett, his wife, Alli, and their 2 kids, Jackson & Bennet live in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Jordan is a quiet, steady, hard worker. He assists with Mitigation Installations and is trained in performing visual sewer scopes. Our team enjoys working with Jordan because he is reliable and brings a dry wit to what can be dirty job, sharing stories of his finds during his sewer scopes which can be educational and also mouse-y 🐭. He enjoys listening to music and is father to three amazing kids: Donny, Ira, and Hazel. He is married to Erin and they live in Ramsey with their kids.

Brayden spends his days driving all over the state, performing all sorts of add-on services for our clients! Brayden is a Licensed Radon Measurement Professional, and trained in performing visual sewer scopes, water testing, well yield testing, mold testing, and lead paint testing. He is a very versatile team player, and he is kind and patient in communicating his findings with clients. Some of Brayden’s passions include hockey, snowboarding and working out, and living a healthy lifestyle. Brayden lives in Plymouth with his girlfriend, Jenessa.
Derek

Derek has been involved in the Real Estate industry for more than 20 years, and has his Real Estate License in addition to being a Licensed Radon Measurement Professional. He is knowledgable and reliable, and leads our Radon team in ensuring our compliance with MN regulations and keeping up with this fast-paced market. In his free time he enjoys watching baseball, traveling, and he loves dogs. Derek has a very dry sense of humor and doesn’t take anything too seriously. He lives in Brooklyn Center with his wife, Andrea, and their dogs.
Noah
Services Team Lead
Noah is Licensed Radon Measurement Professional and is certified to perform visual sewer scopes, water testing, well yield testing, mold testing, and lead paint testing. He is a very friendly person and enjoys meeting and talking with clients. He works alongside our whole team to provide support and knowledge of the entire radon and sewer scope processes. He enjoys playing basketball and gaming, and spending time with his girlfriend, India. He lives in Crystal, MN.
